Managing processes is not always the most enjoyable, but certainly a very relevant part of each project. We have learned that in order to achieve objectives, to get people moving and to push for results, a local presence is a ‘must’.

You, dear client, realize that you need local support, but you don’t want to allocate resources on a structural basis. Well, there may be a solution. We are residents of Rwanda, spend a substantial part of the year in the country and can, therefore, assist you in managing your projects locally. What we can offer you is: defining deliverables, setting-up and preparing meetings,  identifying relevant contacts and partners, shaping and monitoring the work process and putting in place progress meetings and reports.

Our experience allows us to deliver quality, whilst understanding and respecting the fact that the work culture and experience of local employees differ from those in more developed countries.
